Bar Helps With Tabletops

Not really a fitness tip as such but just a quick note to say that since I have been learning tabletops I have found the pull up bar we have in the center here very helpful. Not only does using the bar help strengthen the muscles required in the mid section but also really helps you to get a feeling for the actual movement itself.
