WindHut Windsurfing Instruction Corner

After a recent stay at my place in Dahab Bob and I managed to get a few more videos in the can. So for your enjoyment we have added a small clip of a medium wind chop hop along with some tips to help get you airborn.

Hi to both of you I have not had the chance to spend hours editing but there is definatly Mikes Carving 360 from the video clinic as well as a slightly shorter version of the tape you gave me to rip the movie off.

If you have the pic with Bob from the mountain evening playing the jerry can and a few of Marsha with the fire I would love to have a copy of them.

Ok here it is folks…!! Sorry for the delay but a windless day off has now afforded me the time to finaly upload the windsurfing video session we made on the 25th of April.

Guests on the video include Mike, Ian, Iouri, Sergey, Michel, Guy, Igor and John.. others include Bob and Manolis doing some of those more advanced manouvers, loops, willie skippers spock 540’s and grubbies.

Backwind Jibe

Well Mr Bob has been busy getting some tips ready for you all on the Backwind Jibe. This is a cool move and not too hard for us mortals of windsurfing to learn. Enjoy the clip and don’t forget to check back soon for more tips and tricks.

Available for download the 23 minute video clinic filmed with our guests 10-02-2007 its in wmv format and at 640x480 resolution so its quite big. Probably one to download overnight.

There are some good crashes and me showing that I really can’t do much with the wind from the left hehe. It was quite windy around force 6 but very gusty with a strange wind shadow infront of the platforms.
